The ACE Differentiator

Our Strategy

ACE utilizes a “push up” strategy instead of the traditional “pull up” strategy.

We guide from the side, students do the work.

Students Will:

  • Stand on the shoulders of ACE coaches, using their own strength to pull themselves up and over the wall
  • Implement hands-on strategies in a learning lab environment
  • Take responsibility for their development while learning how to navigate academic and personal challenges.
  • Own their own accomplishments, and are able to say, “I did it”

Our Methodology

The ACE coaching methodology was designed on the findings of Carol Dweck's book called Growth Mindset which describes the underlying beliefs people have about learning and intelligence. When students believe they can get smarter, they understand that effort makes them stronger. Putting in extra time and effort leads to higher achievement.
