Claudia Gutierrez has been in the field of education for over 25 years. She recently retired from Boston Public Schools and has started new ventures to support the immigrant community.
Claudia has her Doctorate from the University of Phoenix, a Master’s in Education (Special Education) from Eastern Nazarene, and her Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University. Claudia is the daughter of immigrant parents from Colombia. Being bilingual and bicultural is something she is very proud of.
Claudia is passionate about helping her community, advocating for those whose English is not their first language, and working with people with various abilities. She likes hiking, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
