As Moses reflects on the numerous conversations with youth and families, he is reminded of his partnering with these clients to contribute to a strong capacity to view their concerns, challenges and contribute insight into new paths of growth and change. Moses has served Boston Public Schools as a clinician, consultant, and collaborator of services to students, families, teachers, administrators, and external service providers. He delivered dynamic strategies and interventions that have focused on creating work groups designed to problem solve, provide strategic analysis of the issues, develop programmatic initiatives, and implement well-structured intervention plans that restructured culturally diverse schools. The work has required many partnerships with families that enhanced the learning community and facilitated improved achievement and academic proficiency for students. Moses looks forward to the opportunity to continue conversations and guidance with students of their academic path and ownership of their academic experience.
