Vivian McLeod

Vivian McLeod is a Human Resources professional with a wealth of experience in several HR centers of excellence. Vivian has leveraged her extensive experience in various industries including financial services, medical/pharmaceutical, securities, utilities, and managed services. She has served in several leadership and specialist roles within the HR field including diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and leadership development.

Vivian’s passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition has led her to a senior management position at a premier pharmaceutical firm supporting diversity and university relations through the management of their internship, co-op, and management rotational opportunities with a specific focus on attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent while also helping the organization expand their brand and network within diverse communities.

Coaching and career development is near to Vivian’s heart, she has facilitated several internal career development workshops helping individuals build confidence in the various stages of the interview process and better position themselves for long term career success.

Vivian is a qualified HR professional and holds both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Widener University, and a Master of Science degree from Villanova University in Human Resource Development. She is an active member of the Philadelphia chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and served multiple years on the organizations Board and co-led the Philadelphia SHRM Symposium.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering for local organizations such as Tutor Mate, the SHARE program, Philadelphia Sunday Breakfast Mission, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
