A native of Boston, MA currently living in Rockville, MD. She is a graduate of Northeastern University where she obtained three degrees, an A.S. in Human Resources Management, B.S. in Leadership and an M.S. in Corporate and Organizational Communication.
She is currently employed as a Human Resources Business Partner at Institute for Defense Analysis in Alexandria, VA. She has over 10 years’ experience working in Human Resources in several industries. Her experience includes recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, employee relations, performance management, benefits, creating and interpreting HR policies, and legal compliance. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling as it allows her to see the world and experience new cultures.
